ORDER:

Petitioner, driver in the respondent corporation, was removed from service on the ground of misconduct by the third respondent on 07.04.2014.

Petitioner preferred an appeal against the said order and the Deputy Chief Traffic Manager under his order dated 23.08.2014 dismissed the appeal. Petitioner, thereafter, preferred a review petition on 01.09.2014, which is stated to be pending with the second respondent. The present writ petition is filed alleging that the said review petition is not yet disposed of and as such, the petitioner and his family members are suffering financial difficulties.

2. Mr. N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondents, takes notice and submits that if the review petition is not yet disposed of, appropriate steps will be taken to disposed of the same.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's review petition and dispose of the same, if not already disposed of, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
