THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.191 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioners/accused 1 to 6 of C.C.No.499 of 2012, pending on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhongir, Nalgonda District and also the learned public prosecutor, representing the 1st respondent - State, before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent. The case is registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, outcome of Crime No.51/2012 of P.S.Bibinagar, on the report of the 2nd respondent.

It is a case under part-heard trial. In fact, there are no grounds to transfer the case sought for by the petitioners at this stage. Needless to say, the learned trial Magistrate uninfluenced by any reasons or circumstances impartially dispose of the case with reasonable opportunity to the parties. 3.
Accordingly and with the above observations, this transfer criminal petition is disposed of for nothing to transfer the case from that court.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
