This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not taking any action on the representation, dated 04-04-2019, of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and also seeking protection for executing and registering the document in favour of her daughter viz., V.Jangamma, in respect of petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.5.00 gts in Sy. No.72/3/AA situated in Sarvereddypalli village, Vangoor Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, before any Sub-Registrar 3.

Heard Sri V.Raghunath, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner contends that she is the senior citizen and she owns Ac.5.00 gts of land in Sy. No.72/3/AA, situated at Sarvereddypalli village, Vangoor Mandal, Nagarkurnool District. She intends to register the said land in favour of her daughter, but her sons are objecting to register the same and subjecting the petitioner to harassment and torture and that the petitioner had requested the respondents by way of representation, dated 04-04-2019, to give protection to her till such registration is being done. But the

AKS,J W.P.No.9190 of 2019 respondents are not taking any action on her representation and did not provide any protection as requested by her. 5.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents submits that let the petitioner submit fresh representation seeking protection for one day so that the petitioner can execute registered deed in her daughter's name and on such representation being made, the respondents would consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is of the view that the Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit fresh representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being made, the 2nd respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders and if necessary, grant police protection to the petitioner and escort the petitioner till SubRegistrar's office so as to enable her to execute the registered deed in favour of her daughter.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
