THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.718 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the Criminal Petition is disposed of as follows:

Having regard to the nature of the allegations made in the F.I.R and in view of the investigation is in nascent stage, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the fact that the case is mainly based on the allegation that the cheque said to be issued by the petitioners/accused was bounced back, which is primarily a civil dispute, the police of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Cyberabad, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 4 during the course of investigation. The petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 4 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
