When the matter came up for hearing, Smt. G.V. Bhagya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.9, submits that charge sheet has been filed in the present Crime No.65 of 2019 and the case was numbered as C.C.No.38 of 2019 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bellampally, and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition with a liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh criminal petition challenging the C.C.No.38 of 2019.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
