THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR Contempt Case No.388 of 2022 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience to the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.6041 of 2022, dt.04.02.2022.

When the contempt case is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri M.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.

Learned Senior Counsel would further submit that though there has been delay in complying with the order of this Court, the same is not wilful or wanton and there is no disobedience in implementing the orders of this Court and the delay as occurred is only due to administrative reasons. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the above order of this Court has now been complied with by the respondents, this Court is of the view that no further orders are needed in the present case. 5.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
