In this Writ Petition, petitioner contends that he had made a representation to the 4th respondent on 08.12.2014 seeking allotment of Fair Price Shop No.70 to him, which he had run as a Dealer up to 2014.

2. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.08.12.2014 for allotment of Fair Price Shop No.70 of Pamidipadu Village, Narasaraopet Mandal of Guntur District, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
