The petitioner states that the 6th respondent-Gram Panchayat granted building permission on 05.09.2018. Owing to COVID-19 pandemic, the petitioner could not complete the construction of house within the stipulated period of 24 months. Hence, she submitted a representation to the 6th respondent-Gram Panchayat on 09.09.2020 seeking extension of time. The said representation is stated to be pending.

Heard both sides.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.4 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2020 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
