The Court made the following:

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner challenges the order of suspension dated 26.09.2011.

2. Learned standing counsel states that order of suspension was revoked as a consequence to the interim orders passed by this Court on 27.04.2012. Thereafter, disciplinary proceedings were conducted and concluded by imposing punishment of withholding of two increments with cumulative effect and recovery of the amount. Learned standing counsel also states that challenging the order of punishment and recovery, petitioner filed another writ petition and the same is pending consideration of this Court.

3. Having regard to these developments, cause in the writ petition does not survive and writ petition accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
