This Writ Petition is filed challenging the orders passed by the 3rd respondent on 28.12.2017 directing the 4th respondent to delete the names of the petitioners from the Revenue Records pertaining to the land admeasuring Ac.3.12 cents in Survey No.140/B and Ac.2.54 cents in Sy.No.140/C totally admeasuring an extent of Ac.5.66 cents situated at Peddakaduburu Village and Mandal, Kurnool district. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly admitted that the petitioners were heard before passing the said order and this Court noticed that against the impugned order, there is a provision for appeal/revision to the competent authority under the provisions of AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition but gives liberty to the petitioners to avail such remedy.

The petitioners are given 30 days time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for availing such remedy and in view of the same, there shall be status-quo with regard to the entries in the Revenue Records for a period of 30 days. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
