Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Forests, appearing for respondents 1 to 6 and leaned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 7 and 8.

Petitioners' grievance is that they submitted a representation on 11.07.2017 by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due to the respondents and the respondents have not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Forests, appearing for respondents 1 to 6 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents 7 and 8, state that respondents 3 and 6 will consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 11.07.2017.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 6 to consider petitioners' representation, dated 11.07.2017, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners.
