THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION NO.6203 OF 2008 ORDER:

Sri S.D.Gowd, learned counsel for the petitioners, after putting forth his submissions for some time, submitted that instead of disposing of the Writ Petition on merits, it would suffice if this Court were to grant liberty to the petitioners to avail their appellate remedies.

Leaving it open to the petitioners to avail their remedies of appeal, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
