ORDER

When the matter came up for consideration, learned counsel on either side submit that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 30.10.2015, the petitioner-agency was allowed to continue the contract till 31.5.2016 and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
