THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.21436 OF 2006 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C. Praveen Kumar) As there was no representation for the petitioner on 20.02.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 21.02.2018. On 21.02.2018, though the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed today i.e., 22.02.2018 under the same caption, as a final chance.

2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case, as there is no appearance on his behalf in spite of giving number of opportunities.

3. It is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned Government Pleader that State is also not made a party.

4. Be that as it may, having regard to the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of giving number of opportunities, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
