THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.3515 OF 2004 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in transferring a last graded employee - Driver of the Corporation like the petitioner from Transport Unit, BHEL, Hyderabad to a distant place like Visakhapatnam Transport Unit, within 6 months for second time as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to cancel the transfer orders of the first respondent vide Proceeding No.TDC/Admn/P5/2004 dated 21.01.2004.
No representation is made on behalf of the petitioner on 13.04.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
