HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10192 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not mutating the names of the petitioners in online records even after two years as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner in online records and isuse E-pass books to them.

Heard both sides.

Since the petitioners have already submitted online application to the 4th respondent on 27.06.2015 and also on 02.11.2016, without going into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the said applications, in accordance with law, within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
