THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9208 OF 2019 ORDER:

This is a case where the petitioner alleges that respondent No.4 is making construction by encroaching the road portion on the north side of the petitioner's property in plot No.36 in Survey No.39, Bandlaguda Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

In the light of the Division Bench judgment in similar circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent - authorities to take into consideration the complaint of the petitioner and if, as alleged by the petitioner, respondent No.4 has encroached the road portion, necessary action be taken, in accordance with law, at the earliest and the action taken by the respondents be communicated to the petitioner, within a period of fifteen days thereafter. It is made clear that respondent No.4 shall be entitled to issue notice before any adverse action to respondent No.4 is to be taken. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
