THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20262 OF 2001 ORDER:

Petitioner filed this Writ Petition questioning the proceedings in Rc.No.G2/46605/2001-13 dated 31.08.2001 whereby and whereunder the second respondent appointed the fourth respondent herein to perform the functions and discharge the duties of an Executive Officer of certain temples. On 27.09.2001, this Court while admitting the writ petition granted interim suspension of the order dated 31.08.2001 in W.P.M.P.No.25559 of 2001 and the same is in force till date. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Endowments filed a Memo stating that the fourth respondent has not taken the charge and even he is retired from service. It is further stated that during the pendency of the writ petition, petitioner also expired. The said memo is placed on record.

In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
