THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12303 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos.6 to 10 and also pressurizing the petitioner to compromise with them with respect to the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0.22 guntas in Survey No.93 (part), situated at Hyderguda Village of Rajender Nagar Mandal in Ranga Reddy District, after registration of FIR No.515 of 2017 against the petitioner and others.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.3 to 5 are calling the petitioner and pressuring him to settle the matter, exceeding their powers. If that is so, it is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police with regard to the improper exercise of power by respondent Nos.3 to

5. As and when the petitioner gives a written representation with regard to the highhanded action of respondent Nos.3 to 5, the Deputy Commissioner of Police shall take necessary action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
