THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.2126 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any action on petitioner's complaint dated 23.12.2015 registered as F.I.R.No.87 of 2015 as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondents to complete investigation and take action against the unofficial respondents and give police protection to the petitioner.

Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the complaint lodged by the petitioner is registered being F.I.R.No.87 of 2015, the official respondents are not investigating into the case at the behest of the fifth respondent. Hence, he prays this Court to direct the official respondents to complete investigation as early as possible. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct effective investigation and file final report, if any, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 02.01.2017 pln
