This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 17.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.921 of 2015 in O.S.No.123 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Senior civil Judge, Gudur.

As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.123 of 2010 on 28.06.2018. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
