THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.2396 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 CrPC was filed by A.1 to A.5 in Crime No.148 of 2018 on the file of Madikonda Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, registered under Sections 447, 427 and 506 IPC read with 34 IPC, to quash the proceedings therein.

2. However, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would inform this Court that a charge-sheet has already been laid on 08.03.2019 in relation to this case and was taken on file in C.C.No.821 of 2019 by the learned III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal.

3. In the light of this development, the cause, as framed, does not survive for adjudication. It is open to the petitioners to take appropriate measures in relation to the later development in the form of filing of a charge-sheet against them before the competent Criminal Court. Leaving it open to them to do so, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.

4. Pending I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 shall also stand dismissed.
