Learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions, submits that Crime No.456 of 2015 has been registered against Nellipudi Subrahmanyam S/o. Dharmaiah, for whose production the instant writ

petition has been filed, at Nellore Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 I.P.C. and presently, he is in judicial custody. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this Habeas Corpus Petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
