THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9207 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 29.01.2020, before the Registrar Judicial of this Court, requesting to post the present writ petition under the caption 'for dismissal'. From a perusal of the said letter, it is revealed that the petitioner instructed him to withdraw the writ petition, as they have worked out remedies outside the Court. Therefore, learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
