THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1169 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this Revision is that I.A.No.165 of 2016 has been filed by him in O.S.No.48 of 2016, which is pending before the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Palakol and that the said Court is not disposing of the said I.A. 2.

Petitioner stated that though temporary injunction order was granted against respondent Nos.4 to 10 and 14, since respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 11 to 13 had filed a Caveat, time was granted to them to file a counter, but the application is not being taken up as regards the Caveators.

The said application was filed on 11-03-2016 and almost one year has elapsed since its filing. Injustice would be caused to the parties if applications of this nature are not decided expeditiously. 4.

Therefore, the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Palakol, West Godavari District is directed to decide I.A.No.165 of 2016 in O.S.No.48 of 2016 on her file within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing both sides. 5.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
