THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12348 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent, dated 03.04.2017, application for conversion of lands from agriculture to non-agriculture purpose, to an extent of Ac.3.26 guntas in Survey 627/4, Ac.0.40 cents in Survey No.627/5 and Ac.1.10 cents in Survey No.627/7, situated at Rapthadu Village and Mandal, Ananthapuram District.

Since there is a provision for appeal against the said order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition, but gives the petitioner thirty (30) days time for invoking such remedy. Accordingly, the petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when such an appeal is filed, it is for the competent authority to decide the same in accordance with law.
