THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1182 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the registration of F.I.R.No.145 of 2016 by the second respondent on the basis of the complaint lodged by the third respondent.
This Court, by order, dated 06.01.2017, while issuing notice before admission directed the second respondent to proceed with the investigation without arresting the petitioners. A counter affidavit is filed by the second respondent stating that twenty witnesses were examined and investigation was completed. Except the petitioners, all the remaining accused were arrested on 13.02.2016 and sent for remand.
In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to take further action in accordance with law in view of the completion of the investigation.
