Tumma Ilaiah v. Tumma Nagalatha

2017-10-10N. Balayogi2 pages

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4940 of 2011 ORDER:

Learned Counsel for respondents Nos.1 and 2 reported that this matter was already settled out of Court.

In spite of posting the matter under the caption of "dismissal", the learned Counsel for the petitioners has not appeared. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, which clearly shows that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, interim stay granted on 23.6.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.5009 of 2011 is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
