This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.477 of 2013 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, registered for the offences under Sections 120-B, 419, 468, 471 and 420 IPC, against the petitioner/ A4.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent reports, on instructions, that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 20.07.2017 and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the criminal petition. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
