Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition and has prayed that he made representation dated 28.07.2016 to the 2nd respondent and this court may accordingly direct him to dispose of the same.
2. Accordingly, I hereby direct the 2nd respondent to decide the representation dated 28.07.2016 filed by the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the decision taken thereon shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter. If the petitioner is aggrieved of the action or inaction of the respondent mentioned above, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum.
3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
