HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAGHVENDRA SINGH CHAUHAN AND HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.9218 of 2019 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) The petitioner, Mr. Rapolu Bhaskar, has approached this Court for seeking the following relief:
"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the inaction of the Respondents 2 to 4 in conduct of intermediate examinations and issuance of results in negligent manner and cause to the deaths of the students and suffer to the parents of the students, as illegal and arbitrary, against, violate of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice, consequently, to direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 4, to revaluate/re-verification the question papers of the intermediate students attended exams in the month of February, 2019, and give the compensation of Rs.50,00,000/- to the families, who are committed suicide and take appropriate action against the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein as per law and pass such other orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
This case is connected to W.P.(PIL).No.48 of 2019, which has been dismissed today by a separate order.
HACJ & Dr. SA, J W.P.No.9218 of 2019 In the light of the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also dismissed in terms thereof.
