THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S. SOMAYAJULU CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO. 3505 OF 2012 ORDER:

On 28.11.2014 and on 20.10.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to file proof of service. Till date, there is no proof to show that notice has been served or even sent. Even on the last occasion, learned counsel for the petitioner sought one more opportunity, which was granted and he was directed to file the postal receipt to show the dispatch of notice first. Despite the matter being listed today under the caption " For Dismissal" , learned counsel for the petitioner is not present nor is any representation made on his behalf. No postal receipt is filed. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Civil Revision Petition.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________ JUSTICE D.V.S.S. SOMAYAJULU Date:02.05.2018 Slk
