Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to approach the Court below by filing a petition to frame an issue regarding genuineness of the GPA allegedly executed by the plaintiff in favour of the GPA holder representing him.

Counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner will not insist that the said issue be decided as a preliminary issue. 2.

Having regard to the said plea, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a petition before the Court below to frame an issue relating to the genuineness of the GPA allegedly executed by the plaintiff in favour of the GPA Holder representing him. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
