This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondents in not allotting the house sites in the land admeasuring Acs.26.00 guntas in Survey No.59 of Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to the petitioner Association as illegal and arbitrary. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents and perused the record.

The petitioner herein is The SC/ ST/ BC People Housing Welfare Association. To enforce its rights and liabilities, it should be a registered one. There are no details of the registration of the Association of the petitioner. Under these circumstances, the writ petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed at the stage of admission. The petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh petition incorporating all the details, or after its registration. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
