HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.2 9 4 of 2 0 1 7 ORDER:

On 5.06.2017, notice before admission was ordered, permitting the petitioner's counsel to take personal notice on the respondent. On 13.06.2017, though the petitioner's counsel agreed to file proof of service, he did not file till 04.30 pm.

When the matter is taken up today in the morning session, none appeared for the petitioner. Despite the matter being passed over and taken up at 2.35 pm, none turned up on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case and hence, it is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
