An affidavit has been filed by the petitioner-tenant seeking time to vacate the schedule premises.

Recording the submissions made in the undertaking affidavit given by the petitioner, the petitioner shall vacate the suit schedule premises on or before 31.10.2010.

Time is granted upto 31.10.2010. The petitioner is directed to vacate the suit schedule premises on or before 31st October, 2010 and hand over the vacant possession of the schedule premises to the respondent-landlord With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
