HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.7531 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.S.Bala Mohan Ranga for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 3.

The petitioner complains inaction in registering FIR on the complaint dated 25.02.2018 made by petitioner against 4th respondent.

When the writ petition is taken up for admission, the Assistant Government Pleader places on record the instructions dated 07.03.2018, wherein the details are mentioned with regard to registration of crime on complaint, dated 25.02.2018 . From perusal of the instructions, dated 07.03.2018, it is evident that the 3rd respondent has registered a case on 26.02.2018 in Cr.No.141 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 354 IPC. In view of registration of crime, the prayer is substantially worked out.
