This Criminal Revision Case is filed against Order, dated 23.04.2015, passed in Crl.M.P. No.2328 of 2014 in CC No.9 of 2004 in Crime No.201 of 2003 of CCS, Hyderabad, by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, whereby the learned Session Judge dismissed the application on the ground that there was no representation.

Today when the matter has come up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners and no representation is made on their behalf.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case dismissed. Miscellaneous pending if any, shall stand closed.
