The case of the petitioners is that the 1st petitioner is a society registered under Societies Registration Act and the 2nd petitioner is its President and they were issued notice dated 09-05-2016 by the 4th respondent stating that they were going to make constructions in Sy.No.174/1A1A/A situated in Diguva Ahobilam Village, Allagadda Mandal, Kurnool District. Thereafter the petitioners gave explanation on 13-06-2016. Without passing any orders, the respondents are trying to demolish the structures existing thereon. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is to pass orders in pursuance to the notice dated 09-052016 after considering the explanation filed by the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the orders are passed by the 4th respondent in pursuance to the notice dated 09-05-2016, status quo existing as on to day over the subject property shall be maintained.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
