The petitioner/ accused and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record the compromise and to compound the offences in Crime No.30 of 2019 pending on the file of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC and Section 185 of Motor Vehicles Act, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably. 3.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner/ accused that due to intervention of elders and well wishers, the petitioner/ accused and respondent No.2/ de facto complainant have compromised and settled the matter amicably out of the Court for their better future and to live peacefully. It is also submitted that subsequent to the filing of compromise petition, police has submitted charge sheet before the Court and C.C.No.1254 of 2019 was allotted. 4.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/ accused in C.C.No.1254 of 2019 arising out of Crime No.30 of 2019 pending on the file of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad are hereby quashed.
