THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2679 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 22.08.2015 in I.A.No.337 of 2015 in O.S.No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the VI Additional District Judge, Godavarikhani. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

The learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will deposit an amount of Rs.5,13,51,608/- as directed by the trial Court in I.A.No.337 of 2015 in O.S.No.15 of 2013 on or before 05.06.2017. 4.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and they assured that their counter part will co-operate with the trial for early disposal of the suit. 5.

In view of the complexity of disputed questions of fact, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion in this revision. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned VI Additional District Judge, Godavarikhani, to dispose of O.S.No.15 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
