Sri MS Prasad, learned senior counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of AP INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE CORPORATION LIMITED vs. RAMESH SINGH (reported in 2014

(7) SCJ 738) and same is not disputed by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

In view of the submission of the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the order passed in the AP INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE CORPORATION LIMITED's case (supra) and the respondents are directed to take steps and pay the compensation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
