This petition is filed, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of bail to the petitioner-accused No. 3 in Crime No. 163 of 2017 of Jaggampeta Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8 (c) read with Section 20 (b) (ii) (C) of the NDPS Act, 1985.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner-accused No. 3, has submitted that the petitioner is aged 51 and is suffering from various ailments and unable to get proper treatment while undergoing imprisonment as under trial prisoner during pendency of S.C.No. 29 of 2018 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District (for short, 'the Court below'), arising out of the above crime and therefore requested this Court to direct the Court below to dispose of the sessions case at the earliest. 3.
Considering the innocuous relief claimed by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court below is directed to dispose of S.C.No. 29 of 2018 pending on its file as early as possible and in any event not later than six months from today. 4.
With the above direction, the criminal petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed in consequence.
