This Criminal Revision Case, under Sections 397 & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3, challenging the judgment, dated 05.01.2006, passed in Criminal Appeal No.121 of 2004 by the I Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari District at Rajahmundry, whereby and whereunder, the conviction and sentence recorded against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 by the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, by judgment, dated 08.07.2004, in C.C.No.624 of 1999, was confirmed.

Today when this matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 would submit that the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 were already released on probation under the provisions of Probation of Offenders Act, 1958, and that therefore, no further orders need be passed in this Criminal Revision Case. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
