THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20198 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 3 to 5 in interfering with the civil disputes in connection with the petitioner's property bearing H.No.8-2-293/82/L/333/A/1, M.L.A.

Colony, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. A counter affidavit is filed by respondent No.5 stating that the petitioner filed O.S. No.3268 of 2010 on the file of VI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad against all the official respondents and the said suit is pending consideration. It is also stated that on the complaint of respondent No.8, a case in Cr.No.569/2010 was registered on 19.05.2010 against the petitioner and others since they forcibly trespassed into the Plot No.89, Huda Heights, Road No.12, Extension, Banjara Hills.

Thereafter, the petitioner filed another complaint with Banjara Hills Police Station and it was registered as Cr.No.802/2010 against one Tirumal Reddy and another on 18.07.2010. The respondents also stated that they never interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent No.8.

However, in respect of the criminal cases the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) submits that a final report was already filed.

In view of the above, the relief sought in this writ petition does not survive and this writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
