This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not issuing mutation proceedings, pattadar pass books and title deeds, and not making entries in the record of rights such as e-pahanies in possession column and pattadar column, in spite of receipt of the petitioners' application dated 03.03.2018 in respect of their landed properties in Survey Nos.836, 97, 26, 1171, 1167, 1168, 1165, 1145, 1146 etc., in an extent of Acs.129.20 guntas situated at Mittapally & Narsapur Villages, Siddipet Mandal, Medak District. This Court noticed that the petitioners merely filed representations for issuance of mutation proceedings, pattadar pass books and title deeds, and for making entries in the record of rights. But, they did not follow the procedure prescribed under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. If the petitioners want pattadar pass books and title deeds, they have to file an appropriate application in Form VI A of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving such liberty to the petitioners. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 08.03.2018 vs
