HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.13047 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in appointing the petitioner afresh for every academic year by dispensing the services at the end of each academic year with a right to displace one part-time lecturer by another fresh Part-Time Lecturer as totally arbitrary and illegal. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
