When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners informed the Court that the present writ petitions are identical to Writ Petition Nos.5062 and 21503 of 2015 and the said writ petitions were disposed on 22.07.2015 and further contended that in view of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition Nos.5062 and 21503 of 2015, the present writ petition may also be disposed in term of order passed in Writ Petition Nos.5062 and 21503 of 2015, dated 22.07.2015. 2.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has also not disputed about the said facts. 3.

In view of the submission made by both the parties, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petitions also deserve to be disposed in terms of orders passed in Writ Petition Nos.5062 and 21503 of 2015, dated 22.07.2015. The order passed in Writ Petition Nos.5062 and 21503 of 2015, dated 22.07.2015 applies mutatis mutandis to these writ petitions also.

Accordingly, Writ Petitions are closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
