HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.9189 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch and the same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader for Home. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
