Heard Sri T.Balaji counsel for petitioners, Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, Assistant Government Pleader for Home, Sri P.Hemachandra and Sri V.T.M.Prasad. Sri T.Balaji fairly submits that the present prayer is substantially covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.22248 of 2001, 10778 of 2002 and 11797 of 2002, dated 11.07.2016 and further submits that against the orders in the said writ petitions, writ appeals are pending and requests for disposing of the instant writ petitions by following the orders in W.P.Nos.22248 of 2001, 10778 of 2002 and 11797 of 2002, dated 11.07.2016, so that the petitioners can also work out remedies in accordance with law. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petitions are dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
